1. Especially Time Lasting: By selecting the ageing resistance component scientifically and by adding the ageing resistance treatment to each tier on different level, e.g. adding the UV-absorbent to both sides of UPVC within and without besides, also screen-agent, antioxidant and modifier, all of which are to transfer the light energy from the UV on the tile surface the heat energy and release it. Thus it can be reinforced the ageing ability on the tile surface. Beside the sparkle on the tile sheet surface by the unique biaxial tension to the UV which has prolonged the using period of the tile greatly. The service life can last more than 20 years with the natural outside conditions in the semi tropical zone.
2. Well Heated Insulation: Adding several kinds of modifiers, it has prevented the UV from the sun efficiently. But this, it has greatly lowered th4r thermal conductivity which to make these tiles to only 0.08 w/(m.k.). Discrepancy outside and inside is about 8-10 degree by 3mm tile.
3. Well Sound Insulation: by using the material of the interface layer sparkle structure which with the characteristics of breathing ability, when the tile roof is hit by the rain, the sound wave refraction to the spongy structure and cause the air to quiver, and by rubbing with the hole cliff and blast-off to weaken the sound energy; by this way to absorb the sun, which is with excellent sound insulation function.
